1. About AmourCra
AmourCra (“the Service”) is a dashboard for managing Etsy shops, developed and operated by an independent Etsy seller (“the Operator”, “we”). Sellers can create an account and connect shops they own or are expressly authorized to manage; each account sees only the data of shops connected to it. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Connecting an Etsy shop
The Service connects to Etsy exclusively through Etsy's official Open API and OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. A shop is only ever connected after its owner explicitly approves the requested permissions on Etsy's own authorization screen. You can revoke this access at any time — either by disconnecting the shop inside the Service, or from your Etsy account settings under “Apps & devices” on etsy.com.
The permissions the Service requests, and how the associated data is handled, are described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
- You must comply with Etsy's Terms of Use and Etsy's API Terms of Use when using the Service in connection with an Etsy shop.
- You may only connect shops you own or are expressly authorized to manage on behalf of their owner.
- You must not use the Service to attempt to access data of shops or buyers you are not authorized to access, or to interfere with the operation of the Service or of Etsy.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Your data
We do not sell, rent, or share shop data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. Data is used solely to provide the dashboard functionality for connected shops. Details, including retention and deletion, are in the Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of all data related to your shop at any time by disconnecting the shop or contacting us at the address below.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design and code, belongs to the Operator. Your shop's data remains yours. Etsy and related marks remain the property of Etsy, Inc.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data shown in the dashboard is complete or current at any given moment.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to the use of the Service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
