Privacy Policy — AmourCra

1. Who we are

AmourCra is a dashboard for managing Etsy shops, developed and operated by an independent Etsy seller. Sellers create an account, connect the shops they own or are authorized to manage through Etsy's OAuth authorization, and see data only for the shops connected to their own account. For anything in this policy, you can reach us at amournestshopping@gmail.com.

Creating an account requires an email address and a password. The password is stored only as a secure hash, and the email address is used solely to identify your account — never for marketing.

2. Data we access from Etsy

AmourCra connects to Etsy only through Etsy's official Open API, using OAuth 2.0 authorization that the shop owner grants on Etsy's own consent screen. It requests only the scopes it needs:

Read shop information — shop name, announcement, and basic shop stats.

listings_r

Read listings and their performance data, such as views and favorites.

transactions_r

Read orders (receipts and transactions) so the dashboard can show sales, revenue, and fulfillment status.

listings_w

Create and update listings, so listings can be prepared from the dashboard. Nothing is published without an explicit action by the shop owner or their team.

Order data returned by the Etsy API may include buyer details such as the buyer's name and country as part of a receipt. This information is displayed only to the shop's authorized users for the purpose of managing that shop's own orders — exactly as it already appears in the shop's Etsy order manager. We do not request or store buyer email addresses for marketing, and we never contact buyers.

3. How we use the data

To display listings, orders, and shop performance for connected shops.
To keep that data in sync with Etsy on a schedule or on demand.
To prepare listings when a shop's authorized user chooses to create them from the dashboard.

We do not sell, rent, or share Etsy data with third parties. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or training machine-learning models, and we do not use any third-party analytics or advertising trackers on the Service.

4. Where the data lives

The Service runs on established cloud infrastructure acting as our processors: Vercel (application hosting), Supabase (PostgreSQL database), and Google Cloud (image storage). Etsy OAuth tokens are stored securely in the database and are used solely to communicate with the Etsy API on behalf of the connected shop. Each account can access only the data of shops connected to that account; operational access to the underlying infrastructure is restricted to the operator.

5. Retention and deletion

Shop data is retained while the shop is connected, so the dashboard can show history and trends.
Disconnecting a shop revokes the stored OAuth tokens and stops all synchronization. You can also revoke access from your Etsy account settings (“Apps & devices” on etsy.com).
You can request complete deletion of your account and of all data related to your shop at any time by emailing amournestshopping@gmail.com. We honor such requests within 30 days, and we delete Etsy data whenever Etsy or the data owner requires it.

6. Cookies

The Service uses only essential cookies: a session cookie that keeps authorized users logged in. There are no tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Contact us at amournestshopping@gmail.com to exercise these rights. If you are a buyer whose order appears in a connected shop, your relationship is with that shop and with Etsy — we process order data only on the shop's behalf, and will assist the shop in honoring any request you make to them or to Etsy.

8. Etsy

The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. Our use of the Etsy API is governed by Etsy's API Terms of Use, and we handle Etsy data in accordance with them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
